To utilise our Talent Match service you just need to tell us what skills, experience, and values you are looking for.
We will then consult our Talent Bank and discuss the opportunity with potentially suitable candidates. If there is a match we will share that candidate's CV and supporting information with you to review. If you decide to meet with them to discuss further we will facilitate and coordinate, and will support both you and the candidate through the recruitment process.
You can progress the candidate through your full recruitment process at no cost, with fees only payable if you offer the candidate a position and they choose to accept.
